The board of supervisors have administrative, fiscal and functional responsibilities. The Clark County Conservation District Board of Supervisors are responsible for staffing and overseeing the personnel employed by the Conservation District, establishing policies that will accomplish the goals and mission of the District and determining the source and amount of resources needed to implement the District goals. The Board of Supervisors are also responsible for public relations with local farmers, state legislators and local elected officials.
